Snugg Pro lets you generate work orders, with simple or detailed costs.

Viewing your work order in the report

The work order page is turned off by default in all reports. You can turn it on from the report settings popover at any time.

The work order adds the following information to the report:

  • Detailed line item costs for each recommendation

  • Payment information (optional)

  • Alternate order ID (optional)

  • Work order date (optional)

  • Legal/Additional information (optional)

Simple costs vs detailed costs in the work order

The work order supports both detailed and simple costs. If you choose detailed costs, the line items will be grouped by recommendation on the work order. Recommendations with simple costs will display that cost next to recommendation title.

Customizing your company work orders preferences

You must be a company admin to access this feature.

In Settings > Company > Preferences, you can customize the following optional elements:

  • Payment information

  • Legal information

  • City, county and state tax rates.

All of these preferences can be overridden in the job at any time.

A note about when company preferences are used in the work order: The work order will pull in the company preferences when the work order page is first turned on in the report. Company preferences will only be used to populate new work orders, it will never update old work orders. This is by design to preserve the information authoritatively over time.

See work order preferences screen below:

Exporting the work order data
