From the Settings button, choose Your Programs from the list. This page gives you a breakdown of each program that you have access to based on your permissions.

Snugg Pro energy program card accesses administrative options.

You can click on the Program Card to access the program tools. The tools you have access to for each program will be different depending on which level of access your have.

Program Settings

This page contains all of the administrative settings and options for managing a program. They are divided into a number of tabs.

Program Profile

Here you can find a preview of your Program Profile Card. The information on the profile card is used to populate your homeowner reports. Below you’ll find your program’s basic information configured at set up. These fields are not editable, so if you need to make any changes please contact Snugg Pro for assistance.

Staff Members

Inviting new members

You may invite as many staff members as needed at no charge. Click the orange button to invite new members to your program. For each new member you will need to add their contact email and select the permissions you would like them to have within the program.

Managing Members

On this page you can also change a user's permission level. Learn more about Program Permissions.

Program Admins can also suspend members, which revokes the user's access to the Program. Note that if the user also has access to a Company, you will need to suspend the user separately in Settings > Your companies.

Two Factor Authentication

Two factor authentication (2FA) can be enabled for all users in the program. When 2FA is turned on, users must authenticate with a time-based one-time password (TOTP) in addition to their user name and password. The TOTP is automatically sent to each user via SMS at the time of login.
By default, 2FA is turned off, which means that users only need their user name and password to log in. If you're interested in turning on 2FA for your program, contact SnuggPro support.

Trade Allies

Trade allies are the home performance companies and individuals who perform (energy audit) jobs within your program. You may invite new allies / companies here, or suspend companies while retaining access to their existing jobs.

App Integrations

API: (An application programming interface (API) key is a code used to identify and authenticate an application or user.) You may generate up to 5 keys. Delete a key to revoke access to all applications that use it.

Manual Webhook: You can manually notify a webhook when one or more job is updated in Snugg pro. The URL you specify will be sent a list of job IDs separated by commas.

Pinging a Webhook: You can use this feature by selecting jobs from the jobs list and choosing the webhook option in the export pane.

Activity Webhooks: Create actionable messages / certain types of support requests. In the activity log.

Cost Templates

In order to speed up your workflow, you can maintain line items templates for detailed costs at the Program level. These templates can be applied to the job and overridden later. Note that cost templates can also be configured at the company level.

On this page you can add costs individually or import them in bulk as a .csv file.

This page also tracks when each cost template was created and last changed, making it easy to ensure that costs are up to date. Learn more about Cost Templates.

Direct Install Templates

Similar to Cost Templates, Direct Install Templates let programs create a list of measures that can be applied to jobs created within that program. This page lets Program Admins create and manage each of these measures, with options for:

  • per unit cost

  • therms savings

  • annual kWh savings

  • kW savings

Admins can add measures individually or import them in bulk as a .csv file. We've also provided a sample .csv format to ensure successful bulk data upload: Download the csv sample file

Workflow

Workflow is a ticketing system integrated into Snugg Pro. Define ticket templates here and use them to create a structured workflow. You can drag and reorder the rows below to set the workflow sequence. This will determine the order in which tickets appear in the tickets view and in the job’s ticket panel.
