Manual Utility Pricing
Updated over a week ago

Snugg Pro has default utility pricing that is set according to the zip code. This is regional pricing and for the most part is accurate. However, if your area is going through pricing fluctuations you might want to set your own pricing.

In addition, if the home is using multiple types of fuel, it is best to check the chart and make sure there is pricing for propane, wood and pellets.

The manual utility pricing button is directly below the fuel bill section.

The pricing chart does not fill out the pricing until after the first model, because it needs to pull in the zip code for the process.

You do have the choice to set the manual pricing in a template, or create additional templates for each utility if the pricing is different.

You can also wait until after the first model, then adjust the pricing as needed for each job.

Primary Fuel
It is important when selecting your primary fuel in the utility bill section, to choose the fuel that carries the largest load.

When you have supplemental heat other than the primary, then this pricing chart is really important for calculating cost.

The app will look to this chart for price, and the HVAC section for the percent of load, and then calculate the usage for each fuel. Or if the water heater has a separate fuel for example, the app will look here for the price.
