Edit Property Details

You may edit the homeowner name and address at any time before your first model.

After the first model you will be restricted to a single change to either name or address, but not both.

Every change to the name and address is logged by the Snugg Bot to the activity feed.

The phone / email may be edited as many times as necessary.

Click on the job header to open the job information screen, then scroll down to below the address section of this new screen and click (Edit Property Details). The property details page is shown here next to job information page, although on a live job it will open separately.

Edit Job Information

On the same job information screen, go to the bottom and click (Edit job information).

You will have the option to do the following:

  • Transfer to job to a different user in the same company account

  • Change the appointment date

  • Add or edit the alternate job id

  • Add or edit the building id

If you’re a company admin of multiple companies, you can transfer jobs between the companies that you administer. This operation is not available to super user and users, only company admin have this privilege. (see ROLES & PERMISSIONS)


Delete A Job

On the same job information screen, go to the middle and click (Delete Job).

Job deletion is only permitted when all of the following conditions are true:

  • The job is billable to a company and not a program

  • The job has not yet been billed

  • The job has never been modeled

This action cannot be undone.
