Join an existing company

You need an invitation to join an existing company.  Ask your company admin to invite you.

Can't I just create a duplicate company and sign up?
No, creating a duplicate company would isolate you from others in the company.  You should only create a new company if you genuinely have another company or independent practice.

Why do I need an invitation email?
The email contains a unique link that lets Snugg Pro know you are authorized to join the company.  You cannot join an existing company without it.The unique link in the invitation email works for new and existing users alike. A single user can join multiple companies with the same login information.

How can a company admin invite someone to join their company?
Admins can send invites directly in company settings. 

What should I do if never received the invitation email?
First look in your spam folder for an email from pro@snuggpro.com or pro@snugghome.com.  If you can't find the invitation email anywhere, please ask your company's admin to verify that you have in fact been invited.  If you need further assitance, contact our customer support.

I don't know the identify of my company admin.
Please ask around your company, typically, this is someone in a managerial position. There may be more than one admin per company. If you still can't identify your company admin, contact Snugg Pro support for help.
